CHADD ART STATEMENT

Pieces once built from stories, dreams, hopes, all stitched together, Others, made, not i own

I shall carry on and gather what’s left of me that did not just what’s been given as I am still becoming

and will finally find myself.

This will be my first art exhibition in a couple years at the Standing Rock CulturalA rts Center in Kent, Ohio.

A lot of my creative focus over the years went into touring and playing music, but latelyI’ve found myself diving deeply back into painting and mixed mediawork again.

The last exhibition I did was alongside my son, so this is my first solo outing in awhile for me.

Hope to see some familiar faces there throughout the month.
