This event is one event in a series of annual Downtown Innovative Community Events (D.I.C.E.), a grassroots partnership between Standing Rock Cultural Arts, The City of Kent, and a consortium of Downtown Businesses for the revitalization and continued growth of downtown Kent through cultural arts events. All events take place inthe Open Air at The Hometown Bank Plaza and are free to the public. Annual calendar of events is available at www.standingrock.net.
