JoAnne Schempp Artist Statement
Opening this May 23rd is Joanne Schempp’s fantasy watercolor art. Although she has painted since childhood, her professional career started in 2005 when she began to sell her work online and at shows. Joanne paints mainly in watercolor. You may recognize her paintings by the use of beautiful candy colors, luminous layering and attention to detail. Her art is also widely distributed on merchandising and licensing lines and found in many personal collections worldwide.
