Standing Rock Cultural Arts welcomes the 38th annual Kent Folk Festival to The North Water Street Gallery on November 19th. It's part of the 'Round Town' Events that will be happening all over Kent that evening. The gallery will host two fine musical acts.

The Northeast Ohio Flute Circle from 8pm to 9pm. This group features several exceptional musicians playing handmade flutes. They do improvisational as well as traditional music and their sound has a way of taking away the day's aches and pains.

And once you've gotten all relaxed, we're bringing in the High Energy of One Way Rider (performing from 9:30 to 11:00pm) , a family bluegrass (Newgrass) band that kicks out the tunes with lightening speed and a sense of humor unheard of in these parts.
